Hello

I have problem with Ford Cougar 1999-2000,client destroy chip for start the car.

I take new one 4C a put it manually in the ecu ( eeprom 95040 ),but immo led is flashing fast and have dtc in ECU :

B1601 - Incorrect key code received from Igntion Transponder by PATS "possible reason - Unprogrammed key being used".

Anyone have advice how to solve this problem or maybe do immo off ?

You need 2 transponders and ForScan and 2 minutes
Or don't delete the keys, just add a new one.

Client have only one key and transponder chip was destroyed,so i need to make new one.

I try few combinations but always code lamp is blinking fast and after few minutes she blink 1 and 5,i think it s error code 15.

As i remember one blink then stop and then 5 blinks.....

Also i put julia emulator by their instructions and julia emulator works normaly,but car doesn t start and also lamp of code is still blinking fast.I m confused :S
