Just take a keydiy or xhorse one and just program for another type and teach and try
Is it a 7941 one?
Is it original or a clone?
You need a 95507072 or a 95507076 or VUKAEK007 or 95507074 or 139020 type

if you have tried the above 95507072 , 95507076 etc , and its wrong key , if yours is a late 2013 built model its possible its the first of the newer system that started end of 2013 with chassis ending E4000001 and above which is more accurate than year , in which case you would need part numbers 13432393 or 13432394 , 3d reference VXR27.
parts 7072 , 7076 , 7074 will be used on chassis up to D4999999 , for chassis after E4000001 you need 13432393 , 13432394 .
if your chassis is up to D4999999 then it has to be an issue with key if aftermarket , seen some poor ones from china , or a vehicle related issue .
i take it you have checked ignition coil is ok , tried battery reset.
has the vehicle suffered a flat battery , cranking on low voltage as its likely if the case it suffers the same issues as corsa d .
have you done diag and read dtc from all units ?

if battery flat and if its been cranked on low voltage then it may well be affected by same issues as corsa D . first thing you need to do is read dtc in all units , see where dtc exist and that all units have matching vin, in units with dtc re-enter security code in each unit and then delete dtc in each , re-enter security code in bcm , clear dtc in bcm and then reset bcm , after this attempt to code key to key with a battery with good voltage.
reading dtc may shed light on the issue
