Citroen / DS3 Smartkey keyless program issue

Trying to program spare Smartkey/Keyless ID 4A to a DS3 from 2019.

Autel:

Don't have DS3 smartkey option. Only 2009-Blade Key.

So try to read PinCode by System. Could read Pin.

Then, try to program also by System - Smartkey, but coudn't program (can't connect to ECU).

AVDI:

Could read PinCode by offline Citroen DS3(same Pin as Autel).

Offline, can't go in program DS3, so i go to online Citroen.

First, try to program spare with KD smartkey, ID 4A (try with Citroen C5 KeylessGo ID4A and C4L Keyless Go ID4A).

Program transponder steps, all rigth, but after, Avdi ask if i want to register keyless function.

Said Yes, and after Avdi says to keep keyfobs inside vehicle to register, but at end says "Conditions not correct or sequence error".

Spare KD fob could start car (car reading transponder near coil) and button remote works (close, open), but keyless function doesn't work.

Original fob still works keyless function.

Maybe KD remote keyless reference not match, so i try to just program 1 fob (original car smartkey).

At end, when ask for register keyless function, says again "Conditions not correct or sequence error", but original remote still working keyless function.

Any idea or suggestion what could be wrong?

Where is locate car keyless antenna receiver? Maybe when register keyless function fobs must be near receiver?

Looking like kd fob not working well. Enyway vou are very brave trying your tools on such a new car without any research is it safe or not. Respect. When i am working with something new i have to be sure 100%. Many kd or xh keyless keys are working not in 100%. Oem is Oem

Oem is OemI think problem is Avdi can't register keyless function, because I try to just program original car keyfob and Avdi don't pass last step (register keyless function).
But more strange is that keyless function keeps working.
Someone Could program smartkey for DS3?

When you had the original working keyless fob inside the car when you tried to teach another one, then it is obvisious, that it won't work. Always only one keyles in the car, other one has to have 2 meters distance from the car.

Always only one keyles in the car, other one has to have 2 meters distance from the car.I know some programming other keyless fob must be distance from car, but in this case, AVDI says ALL keyless fob must be inside car, when goes to registers keyless function.
When I'm trying to program just one keyless (original) it's only that fob inside car.

Problem is Your Key. PSA Smart KEYS are NCF29.. after 2019 , 2015-2019 is Hitag aes id4a , probably working Key is NCF29.. and many tool read it as Hitag aes id4a(it is wrong) ,
read working Key by zedfull or tmpro , if they will Show you if it is ncf29.. , find a Key with ncf29..
I faced same problem with peu 2008 2020 and programmed New Smart Key( NCF29.. transpoder) and keyless function worked
