How to check Toyota Lexus smart key after unlock

Hallo
i have a Lexus keyless key with chip 8A.
I had unlock it with Keydid KD-X2 and sistem told me "successfuly unlocked".
but, before try program the key, i would check if the key is really unlocked
can someone tell me how could i check it?
i have Advanced Diagnostics, Zed Full, KD-X2, RW4, TMPro
