E46 330d stage1 check

Hey , friend of mine sent me those files and said that car from ori 204hp/410nm produced only 238hp/460nm , i think it should be around 250/510 what is wrong with those files ? , said also that second file (v2) is even worst , if somebody could only check those files and say what is wrong i will be grateful :) and yes it was did by some tuning company .
