Peugeot 206 running without key -BSI fault?

I have a car peugeot 206 - when diagnosing the engine ECU I can literally take the key out and WHEN STILL CONNECTED to the engine ECU the car runs without key.

No matter what diagnostic tester;
I would like to collect realtime data with some equipment (it is stored to the internal tool memory) but that is a problem because when connected the owner can not turn the car off.

Any knowledge with BSI repair?
BTW, I tried 2 cars, same models, no such problem.

which wiring EXACTLY - connecting which device?

DLC? diagnostic link connector?
