BMW 320D EDC17CP02 EGR OFF

Hi!

I have an EDC17cp02 ECU.
sw: 1037399763
I tried both ADS and Professional EGR remover and tought this should work. First when I've written the ECU the EGR valve were in place. I know if you OFF the EGR it doesn't mean it is 100% closed, so I decided to blank it between the EGR cooler and the engine. After that the engine had more less power. So I think the ECU still expects air from the EGR. Didn't get any DTC's but definitely less power, so it not works as it supposed to be.
My question is, which map should I modify if I want to blank the EGR? I found the histerysis maps made some modification but did not do the trick. Now the car has downpipe and switched off the DPF too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you point to the solution? There are 4 hysterisis maps. 52F5A, 53048, 6D622, 6D6E8. Should I set to 0 all?

for EGR you have to set values to 0 on the hys maps

1st - 52F58 14x1
2nd - 5303C 14x1
dpf switch - 704B4 -1x1 (in your file is on btw)

Exactly what I wanted to know, thank you. Yes the DPF switch is on in this file, because it is the original file.
So if these maps are set to 0 I can blank the EGR right?

So yesterday I made the changes, wrote the ECU, blanked the EGR ran some circles in the town and it seemed it works. Later when I stopped for about a half an hour restart the car, so the engine wasn't cold, the engine had less power again. Were not enough air probably. And today at the morning when ran some more circles to test it, the engine were cold again, and worked. No DTC at all. Any idea?

restore all the dtc in the file, do a test drive and you will find out the problem yourself.
