Hi Team,

Ive used "Siemens MS41 Flash Tool_105b" to read and immo off. The bmw cranks but does not start. Still getting "EWS Signal Defective" in the DME when i scan it.

I left the EWS module in and removed, also bridged the two wires. cranks no start.

Can someone check the file attached and see if IMMO is off or give me another file to try?

Search for programming voltage, 99,99% your problem you didnt count on.

1.Partial dump size wrong.
2.Full read ok but off done not well.

Here my 100% worked sulution ........
If car not start ,look at problem in another place .

hiya,

tried file, flashed via k line. car cranks, no start though. originally ecu was fine and starts car. trying donor ecu with immo off not working. i think the 28f200 needs to be desolder and read for immo off. anyone has have this issue?

you dont apply pin 60 programming voltage for sure... noob error!
Also need compare which tool was running for read, write... for e.g. can write true fullread via kess, because kess only partial fullfill!

you were right! i was missing the pin 60. after that it worked. car started. thank you so much everyone. you guys are awesome
