Hi to all
Im now cloning an Multec H ecu of zafira
reading --> writing to donor ecu eprom with Carprog
reading --> wrinting to donor ecu Flash with mpps18 and galetto v54
after cloning it i read again
but I see that a certain sector is not being written (see pictere)
I dont have car to test, is this problem ? do you have experienced something like this

one more question : this car is from y2003 ( or 4 ) but programming date in software shows 2012 11 29 how can that ?

reading after cloning i get well same info ( in original and donor ecu ) :

unfortunately I dont have it, only carprog , mpps, kess, galetto,

I see this computer has been updated in the past, numbers on eticket of ecu : 909364499 DLYU , but in software I see 12223630 FBWB ( an version with EGR OFF )

do you have 12223630 FBWB in your database ? I want to compare with my file to see if it is damaged

try to read it with galetto v54 via obd like multec3 (vectra)

Friend, if you have two the same ecu then lose eeprom and it will be ok. Because not all vapors go mpps and galleto. They do the maps area. And they don't do all the ecu. As for that date. It had a sps made in 2012. For this you can have changes to the flash

Hi Friend, you are right , I think also this ecu it programmed again in 2012,,unfortunately original and donor ecu do have not same numbers. ( well both hfsi2.1)
What is very strange is that if I write software from original ECU to donor I get P1600 dtc code, ( Reprogram or Replace Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
i found another software on this forum with the same number, after write again i don't see P1600 anymore..

original ecu number 09364499 DLYU ( on sticker),,, software which one I fond on forum is : 09364499 DJTW , letters are different , can I use this software
or somebody can share flash file 12223630 FBWB zafira 1.6 VIN: W0L0TGF7522038002

I also tried to change the Mt35 in Opel at one time. Was about the other no. And there was no chance. I had the same error and even sps with tisa did not help. I know the fastest will be to buy ecu with the same numbers and upload eeprom. You can try to drive up to someone and do sps. Maybe it works for you.
