Toyota Tacoma 2015 steering angle dtc c1433 89245-0R020 eeprom 93c66

Hi everybody. I have a Toyota Tacoma 2015 with dtc c1433. Part number 89245-0R020.

I read eeprom 93c66 with upa, and I think that the file is corrupted or some parts eraser.

Can U help me to reset or send a good dump from this steering angle?

Hi Car City. I put a new 93c66 tssop with the dump that U send me, and now scanner say " No communication with steering angle". I check everything 3 times in board and everything looks good. Can you hel me, please.

Update: I tried with new bin file and with scanner say " No communication with steering angle". I solder original eeprom, now can communicate but say with scanner " c1433 Internal circuit".

CarCity do you think that maybe this steering angle sensor need another dump specifically for this piece number? Or need to be write in the original eeprom? But this original eeprom have write protection, how can I unlock whith UPA?
