bmw remote control damaged how to resolve????????????

hello all!
I have bmw 525 (e39) diesel year 2001, with 2 remotes stopped to work, I wanna to added the 3th manually, but not work.
I tried to program them,but without success.
I checked the battery 3 volts, was good.

how to resolve the problem???????????????
is there any solution to reprogram the remote????????
is there any fm receiver into the car, must checked it??????????,,

I am the new member and this is my first post on this forum.
Do you have any programming tool for BMW keys?.
I do it with the Carprog .You will have to remove EWS read motorolla chip hc11 and test your keys with special tool for BMW key if you have it ,if not I suggest you to refer to the BMW specialists.
