Programming issue with Autel Maxiim im608pro

I am struggling with programming of two keys.

One is to a Nissan Micra 2004 and the other to a Fiat Ducato 2018.
Both vehicles denies the key.

Frequency and chip type is the same as the original keys.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

I managed to fix and program the Nissan Micra key by choosing all keys lost when programming.

Now I am struggling on how to unlock the Fiat key as the im608 need a CS code.
Maybe someone can help me with that?
