here aggressive map make sure you have new or upgraded clutch your stuck at 1.45bar max with standard turbo

Thanks, i will report tomorrow ! I have brand new clutch and i will be putting 1749VB soon but my fathers car blown the engine so we stopped the project for my golf ))

1.45bar on pd105 1.9tdi turbo is suicide, better see compressor map of turbo to see how far out you're outside of map...its doomed to blow

Had loads pd105 running these figures for years I must get lucky then lol although I usually run them for safe tunes around 1.3bar but for customers who want to push there cars 1.45 is reasonable as said above done loads and have lasted years.

If I push them I have them peak at 21psi then taper off to around 18psi at higher rpm to eliminate boost creep I don't run them at 1.45bar constant lol that's just silly isn't it had no problems for years doing this type of set up but hey everyone is entitled to there own opinions lol

for pd105 1.9tdi for stage1 enough 1.1 bar with AFR 16.6 , and @chrisimerk (https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/619837-chrisimerk) its not my opinion its garret compressor map, so unless you think garret knows less than you - you're wrong.
