Edc17c60 pinouts/diagram

Looking for a wiring diagram of an edc17c60 on a peugeot 2008. Apparently pin 3 should be 12v supply (as given on ksuit) but on actual car i am getting a grounded connection.

I know its along shot but would appreciate if anyone can make my life a bit easier.

thanks it is what i have got. pin 3 supply is driven by a relay in the engine bay fuse box (relay activated by the same ecu).
This morning i confirmed supply and earth is ok however with ecu pluged im not getting any ecu communication and many relays are fast ticking.
Suspecting a damaged ecu.
