Throttle Body replace Renault Laguna 2 1.6 16V engine K4M

Hello, I have a Renault Laguna 2 1.6 16V in which I changed the plastic throttle with the aluminum throttle.
Please can someone help me with the Flash file that needs to be written so that the ECU can control this throttle correctly.
The ECU is SAGEM S2000RPM.

Did you try switch on ignition on 15-20sec
Start engine and not touch accelerator pedal 3-5 minuts
Stop engine, off ignition, wait 5 minuts and ready
