2003 Suzuki Vitara IMMO Sync

Good Evening
I have a 2003 vitara 2.0 pertol with the check engine light flash with an error code indicating the ecu and immo are out of sync. Could someone assist me with syncing the 2 bin files I have attached?

IMMO - 33970-50J00 - 93LC66A
