Have this Nissan Primastar 2006 1.9 in at the moment and to make a long
Story short I’m locked out of the van.
The only barrel is the drivers door which just spins the remote was workingish.
The unlock button was a bit of a mess but it worked, anyway yesterday it refused to open
I took the fob apart no joy.
Got the air bag , got the rod in button popped up door wont open.
Im thinking of breaking the forward glass on the drivers door so I can insert the
Ignition key and lower the window.
Anyone got a solution that would be less violent .
Any help will be welcome .John

1st question , is the lock just spinning on the clutch because its the wrong key for the lock ? its not unusual for these to have had a lock change and of course with all the cheap cowboys doing bodge jobs only 1 lock gets changed . if this is the case then using the lishi pick to pick the lock will open it in seconds .
if the wrong key for the lock then it will rotate 180 and 360 degrees on its clutch.

you say you have used airbag and rods , button popped up but door not opening , i assume you have tried to pull internal handles , you should also try pressing the central locking button with your rod on center consul , this too should open the vehicle

Poor quality on these Renault Trafic locks.
Ignition lock, even worse sometimes.

You could try to cut a new key, by code.
And test the door lock cylinder, again.
If the key is worn.
