Hello guys,

Need some help from the experts:
I have a 2013 Passat with a 3.6L V6 engine and ECU was dead...
Tried to replace but it seems that for some reason processor went Kaput...
These are the codes from the ECU sticker:
03H 906 023 BF
03H 907 309 A MED17.1.6 HW: H04
0 261 S08 063

I was able to find one ECU with these codes:
03H 906 023 BM
03H 907 309 A MED17.1.6 HW: H04
0 261 S09 216

I need some help / support on how can i "match/sync" this ECU to the car.
I was able to get Immo Info from the Dash (attached picture) and i wanted to know if its possible to program this ECU to the car using the Immo info i got...

Thanks guys...

If this solution not working, I think problem is with instrument datas (not correct), if possible please read from the car CCM module eeprom and send me.

hello guys...

so, i was able to get a VVDI2 Ori tool and we where able to sync/adapt new ECU to the car...
@stig33: i tried to send you PM but your inbox is full...

Using VVDI2 i was able to get CS and PinCode from Dump (see picture).
Also i did try to modify data using VVDI2 and generate new eeprom file (didnt test this new file in ECU, but you guys can review and see modifications if you want to study this).

Then i did try to adapt ECU using VVDI2 and CS and Pin info i got from Dumps, but at 1st it did not work because i used 7th bit from CS and for some reason it did not work...
So, i tested again but thistime, leaving 7th bit of CS with "00" and it worked...
Car Started...

Thanks Stig33 for all the support you gave me on this...
If i have some time i will read now ECU eeprom again and post file here for you to review and compare...

Cheers

Many thanks for feedback, I found the problem, your clon FVDI read bad MAC(83FA4461) from instrument check your first picture, it was the problem

And I write to your ECU this BAD MAC

Now here is datas from final attached eeprom file:

VIN: 1VWCM7A36DC001822
CS: 8537FC45504DF1
MAC: 446183FA
PIN: 24901

I'm glad because the car has starting.

Cheers Mate !

when i compared info i didnt realized that MAC was different, but i did realized that the keys info, there was some type of Byte Swaped from FVDI data and VVDI2 data...
So, probably this was the issue...
But Thanks...
(I still have some details now with car, but this seems to be just adaptations / resets issues)

Cheers
