Skoda Columbus 3T0 035 680 A blank display,no CD load

Hi, I have a question. I have a Skoda Columbus radio, model 3T0 035 680A, HW42 from Continental and I wanted to update the firmware. I found out before that the DVD drive does not work, communication with SETCONFIG does not work, no HDD can be heard, the display has only a backlight and restarts after a few seconds. I tried the second DVD drive and also doesn't take the CD and can't hear the load motor at all after turning on the radio power. I think it's a common flaw. My friend tried the front panel and it's fine. Has anyone solved it yet? Could it be a HW problem?

today i copied S29AL016, ST10 ext and int and 24C64 from the same radio with the same version and it didn't help. S29GL032 had a dump intact. I even try to erase NAND through programmer?

erasing NAND did not help. I don't know why TX, RX setconfig communication doesn't work. I have -5V on the RX pin, TX = 0V. Can't anyone help?:hmmmm2:
