bmw 530 d bad tunnig file

Hello guys,i have an bmw 530 d, year 2004 and on low rpm has black smoke, from 4000 rpm hasn't power like it should. Can someone check if the file is ok or has bad tunning. Thanks a lot.

I bought this car like this, the ex owner said that has stage 1 but i didn't believe because the car doesn't go like it should.

It depends on what the old owner asked the tuner. or you are trying to make a map but you don't know where to start and you are looking for help here.
