RNS300 wrong Jflash project file

Hi members, I've Segger V9.43, And JFlash app. V6.44b. Connected OK, but can't read sector 59. Please help with correct project file

Car Radio is 1K0035191D VWZ1Z2. Connect To JTAG: VTref, TCK, TDI, TDO, TMS, nTRST, GND. and Give External Power Supply to +12, SAFE, GND
