W168 Diesel -start error message

So a W168 with START ERROR message just came across my shop.


ECU : 0 281 010 426
IMMOBOX : 168 820 04 26 5WK4 736 .


Can this job be done like sprinter and vito modifying ecu and immobox data? Or is posible only with star diagnostics?
