can upa program m27c1001 chip or which programer can write or read ?I saw some guys selling programed chip on ebay ? is it ok if i order preprogramed chip and then swap them ?

i think this is msa15 ecu with 2 plcc32 if i am right use tl866 programer.

I bought tuned chip's for my passat 1.9 AFN about 5 years ago on ebay and i'm happy with them. Resoldered myself. Runs great. 54€

Thank you guys! unfortunately I badly remembered not AHU its AHH... and there is no preprogramed chip for AHH on ebay.. so i need to do it myself..
