Any idea what eeprom? Going to assume it is a TSSOP8 but there is one on the front and one on the back

Do you know if it is a soic8 or tssop8? The small one on the top side is half under a large capacitor

Hello my friend, its TSS0P8 .

I read from another post that you have to remove or lift the other Large Capacitor.
