W212 (2014) Power Steering Malfunction

After replacing faulty steering column (W212 Bluetech Hybrid) Client tried to adapt new column using OBD Star.

Machine recorded procedure as successful.

Now car is displaying "PowerSteering Malfunction, see owner's manual" and the steerf is now very stiff.

what did you replace ? steering column or steering rack ? steering column behind steering wheel ... steering rack is connected to tires and near suspension .... i think rack changed ... with xentry go to adaptation and reset coding ... you will be asked to cycle ignition and this fault will go and can be erased ... here i think the steering will remain stiff with no fault and if yes the problem will be torque sensor
