AUDI A3 8V0 035 864 B problem with navi and bt

Hi friends
i have a3 8v from 2014 with MMI unit 8V0035864B
I have problem that navi loads only 33% , BT not working
on vcds i have faults:
1556 B2000 87 (009) -driver damaged
and
1555 B201A 00 (009) -check software version managment

Its possible to fix it? Maybe update, i have vag can pro
