Suzuki 39920-66j00-000 QY5002 restarting

Hi.I need help ,this unit restarting in boot loop after logo,sometime appear the FM page also..I guess need firmware update.Is there anybody have it solution for this unit.Maybe hdd is the problem?Thanks!

Hello,

few years ago I found solution myself.


1. found productive connector and connect pin 3 to GND
2. enter test mode (there is a mistake in service manual - short pin3, not pin4 !)
3. make memory clear
4. exit service mode

Hi!Thanks for info ,i tried but not working ,i make it SRAM clear and WR TEST ,howewer the pin 3 must conected to GND .If i connect the pin 4 to GND it asking me for update CD.
