Ford Transit 2008 DCU101 Egr Off

Hi. Enyone can help me please ? I need EGR off to this file.
Ecu is Visteon DCU-101.
HW: 6C11-12B684-AB
SW: 6C11-12K532-BJ
SW upg.: 6C11-12A650-AL
Spare: CGS-ST10F276
I tried to remove the EGR using the remuver, but error P0403 occurs.
