Further update: I reflashed another map with a known working EGR delete after flashing the one from popov and the EML light coming on.
The EML came on again. I double checked and it showed code P1125. I looked around the engine and found a broken vacuum pipe.!

So again , popov file works great:bird:

Hello, can you share pass on PM, I have here same car with bad EGR off that sometimes goes in limp mode without DTCs and I want to test your solution.

Hi. I don't have PM anymore. My car threw the P0400 code again and went into limp mode using the file sent to me.
I was told by a tuner that it is a 50/50 chance on these ECU's that the egr off will work ,as the ECU is too old to completely write out the EGR .
My solution was to drill a 3mm hole in the egr blanking plate as recommended, and it worked. No more P0400 codes.
