golf 4 1.9pdtdi AXR maybe need more power if possible

Hi
there is a golf 4 1.9tdi axr engine
this is my setting do you know what rating this is?
Is this setting okay?
or could you get a little more out of it?
I wanted to turn on popcorn but the torque limiter on the x-axis doesn't have 4800 that I could rewrite to 4501

In my humble opinion you should start help then you should ask off mod or other modyfication.
