PSA Jumper 2.0 HDI DELPHI DCM6.2C SCR OFFF

Hello to all !
Im stuck with Jumper 2.0 HDI 2018y DELPHI DCM6.2C SCR OFF.
With MOD file no DTC at all,car drive normally but cant remove message
"Refil adblue...non start 1300km"
Was try reset (before and after programming) with Diagbox,Launch,Brain BEE ....no luck.

Unfortunately no luck.Have DTC P0000 and P20E9 22 and still have f*****g message on dash.
Reservoir is disconnected.

Your solution is third that I try...feel free to make other one.
Im not give up but think there is only manual solution will works....
Was changed dashboard,disconnect ADBlue unit and all ok ( no message on dash) but after short drive message come back.
So only ECU was able to trigger this message.
