W211 EZS EIS crashed

Hello, everyone.
Help is needed. Mercedes W211 2003 year. EZS EIS 211_545_06_08.
Does not respond to the key.
It does not control the locks, it does not turn in the ignition lock.
There are no errors in DAS.
ESL put the emulator, no reaction.
According to the diagnostics, cells 1 and 2 are blocked.
There's only one key. It was checked, it is readable.
EZS changed, recorded a dump from the original one.

I think the problem is in the lock's eeprom.
Can anyone help unlock the 1st and 2nd key cells and count the key dumps?

can see last used key is nr1 and that one is disabled.
only can not enable key from file.
at least i can not do it maybe some one else can ?
second used key is nr 3 and that one should work fine.

Yes, I saw, through star diagnostics, that the last turn-on was key number 1, before that the turn-on was key number 3.
But there is only one key.
If it is possible to include the first key unblocking in the dump, I would be happy with this solution to the problem.
Or reassign this key to another number.
Or make the lock new for binding the lock and key via star diagnostics.

can star not do that activate a blocked key ?
normaly i do it true obd with autel or vvdi
