2016 Scion FR-S (North Am, mechanical key) all keys lost

2016 Scion FR-S (North America, mechanical key), all keys lost. Can anyone help - what can be done? As I understand, up to this date no tool able to do it via OBD, so EEPROM programming needed.
Where can I get virgin file?

In the USA obd2 program is working with most programmer. Your issues is that it’s not a Toyota “G” it a Daihatus “G”

ray-ray - there's no "all keys lost" menu in all common key programmers for this model.
