Ford Focus up to 2003 (-2003)
For those that don't like to connect pin 1 and 2 from the v.2 processor
Test Point 46 (TP46)
*NOTE: -is some version of dash it not exist
-check with multimeter the continuity from MCU pin 2 to TP46

Also in I have found in Tacho Universal Ford Focus English and German manual a big mistake :
26pin white port
• Pin 2 GND(-) black
• Pin 9 RX (Data) blue
• Pin 11 TX (Data) yellow
• Pin 14 12V (+) red
• Pin 16 12V (+) red
This is wrong
The correct connection is like in the picture of German manual and that means:
• Pin 9 RX (Data) yellow
• Pin 11 TX (Data) blue
see my picture also!
*NOTE:
It will show ...working... for aprox. 60 seconds so please wait for programming complete!

And on the early version use TP 3 instead of TP 46

Just one question mates, ECU pin 1 and 2 need to be desolder first and connected or just bridged on board?
Melcool if I dont have continuity from MCU pin 2 to TP46 I should use other way?

Hi, just bridge pins 1 & 2 on board, or use TP3 or TP46 these are just the same as bridging the pins 1 & 2,
In reply to "Melcool" the test point TP3 in to the right side and below the white plug, in the area of the Red Circle and Arrow that I have put on the picture. (please note that on this board this it not the TP3 this is just to indicate where it would be on the board, it will be marked on the board as TP3)
