Best cheap tool for add key/clone

Hello im looking for a tool to add key/clone that will mainly work on Ford/Dodge/Chevrolet Trucks from 2009-2018. I know in most of these cars you can add key without tool but in most cases you need 2 working keys and im looking for option to add/clone when you only have 1 original key. The tool im looking for should work both on ignition/remote.

Only for the Ford is possible to clone the keys but if is 83 chip some times is not possible

For Chrysler and Chevrolet you will need to progrm the keys

Autel maybe is good choice but is not cheap also the subscripton is expensive

ok thanks, so none of these keys are possible to clone with VVDI/Xhorse and XT27 Chips?
