please help to repair this file for 2011 mercedes sprinter which has several dtc's including internal error that wont erase with diagnostic tool

now has dtc AE67 and 9600 internal fault-current and stored,previously same faults but only stored and would not erase

tested and internal error has changed from current and stored to stored but still dtc's don't erase
