ews 3 problem mini cooper d

Hi guys I have a mini cooper 1.4d in garage that it does't start (engine run but not started)
the error in memory is IMMOBILIZER SIGNAL EEPROM ERROR.
the key read...
It's EWS 3 problem maybe?

I read the dump with Xprog but I don't know if is corrupted or not..

what can i do?
