MITSUBISHI L200 III MR577084 CAN'T READ WITH KTAG

Hi

i try to read an ecu from a mitsubishi l200 2003, the ecu is Mitsubishi electric with MH8102F,

I see ktag try to connect with the second used ecu that i am trying to make a back up and clone, but not possible to read it.....

need something special?

what other tool i can use to read that ecu? (by the way my KTAG clone works very well until this ecu,)

i just notice that a transistor explode in my donor ecu, i try several times to connect with ecu, i set power to 14,5v and the transistor explode...

you know that transistor is this?
