Is it possible to read a locked bcm with 70f3633 NEC with io terminal?

mATE YOU POST NO INFO ABOUT BSI PART NUMBER ..
wE ARE SOMETIMES GOOD IN SMELLING WHAT YOU WANT ,
But most people will ignore your post with so little detail as they are not so clever to figure it out (will be a waste off time to help you )

2014 USA made Fiat 500. I've encountered a couple in the last week with akl and the BCM is locked due to alarm. PN is 68184342ad. No external eeprom, only nec.

After unlock 100% risk lose all mcu information.
