one month ago I unlocked Megane 2 card used the Truecode and ZB but for sure after the unlock the pages was different than before programming

Mini ZB can do this without problem. You read the correct ISK hi -lo and change the RCF data .

Any hitag 2 you have in hand.

Fill ISK Hi Lo, then read transponder. WHen all pages readed. Write ISK Hi as factory then Lo
