Volvo V50 dont start

Hi! I have problem with V50, dont work remote and key on ignition lock. I don't know the history of this car. Is it possible to read the key from eeprom CEM or check if the key is registered? In CEM stored fault CEM-6C43 Start control module (SCU) - faulty signal. I change SCU from another car but no result.
Key TP48 id: 86103BCA read xhorse.
