More power without torque? Mazda 3 1.6 TDCI

Hi, i have already remaped file to stage 1, but i would like to have better speed. Is it possible to leave torque like it is and increase only HP? If yes, i would like to ask for editing a file:witless: and giving it maybe more economic for less throttle but max power for full:) + hardcut limiter at 4500rpm

hp = torque x rpm ,so you can increase torque on peak hp rpm, but you're still incresaing torque

I understand, so no possible increasing v-max safe? Anyway can someone help me with more economy at less throttle? it has much consumption.. And i need change hardcut from 4300 to 4500rpm.
