Peugeot bipper - how to clone delphi bsi

I have some problems with my car and, thanks a French car forum, can exclude the electrical part of my car. The problem must be in the bsi.
So I bought the same bsi and did a eeprom clone with carprog... but in my opinion I should read and clone the flash too..
My bsi is nearly the same as in this post :

I could extract the eeprom and the flash from my bsi.
I could bought a new (old) bsi (same car, same options) and want to test this in my car.. But, I have actually 167000 km in my car and the other car had 303000 km..
>> I'm afraid that by plugging in this device the mileage of my vehicle will change...
Anyone know where the mileage is stored in this vehicle? BSI ? Dash ? BSM ?

In this car bsi not include mileage, only dash.

I could test the new bsi and my missing options are reworking now... but my car does not start and my keys are not working. (as espected, not a suprise...)
Is there a way to correct the configuration of my original bsi ? (eeprom + flash) with original peugeot config file ? (where to find?) or datas from the "old" bsi (merge both ?)
> But how to know which octets I need to correct ?
