1st - you posted the MID label, not the radio unit label... and what kind of code you are looking for ?!
2nd - in all my life I didn't seen such kind of radio to ask for code. Take Off the radio unit and check the fuse backside and connections! ( my opinion )

Resetting this code, if I remember correctly, is as follows:

1. Key in position 1
2. Remove the minus terminal (-) for exactly 5 minutes.

3. Install and screw in the terminal (-) and the time starts to run from 10:00 minutes down.

When the time runs out, turn the key from position 1 as if you wanted to start the engine.
