Hey guys!
I have a weird situation that I'll have to come back to tomorrow. I am not sure if it is an ECM or Smartra problem... (and even tho I do a lot of them, I still didn't really get how they engineered their smartra in those years... no eeprom in smartra module, but it is not just an antenna amplifier, it really have immo info stored... but where??? if someone have deep understanding of those system on these old shitbox, feel free to share!!)
long story short, right now smartra gives no more data and don't accept key programming or smartra neutral mode... after only a basic ecm neutral procedure. (following P1690 hyundai diagnostic procedure)
I would like to have a second option if think go south again tomorrow...
can someone immo OFF this ECM for me?
2009 Hyundai Accent, 1.6L gasoline, manual transmission... ECM is labeled as Kefico, but it is Bosch hardware.
