Mitsubishi ASX 2017 weird problem

I have a ASX 2017 with last key lost transponder.

I program 2 new PCF7936 and start the car. The seconde remote key is genuine used G8D-576M-A with MIT11R same as old remote from client.

Try to program 2 remotes wit all tools i have, but car only accept 1. It could be old from client or my used.

Tried several hours, and no succes. Does someone has the same problem?

just few things that maybe you already tried

Check with KD tool the signal on both remotes - are they have the same bits and simmilar data

Try to program 2 KD remotes to be sure that remotes are exactly the same

Battery reset

Delete the remotes if this function is avaliable

Try to program the remotes 2 times each in one procedure or generate 2 KD and try to program 4

I generated 1 KD, check signal OK, no option to delete remote on any tools OBDstar, xpad2, X100, SKP900, autel

All say will delet when programming, but don't delete.

i cannot program KD remote that reported work as G8D-756M-A.

Genuine remotes, car take only 1. All remote work well if car take it.

I didn't make battery reset, because client get back his car.
