Stolen ECU Nissan X-Trail 2.2DCI T31

Hello mate, I need to place a new ecu for this car since it was stolen I already have a new ecu from the scrapyard that I need to do to be able to start the car, it can be done immo off or how can I synchronize thanks and regards
