Need help with EDC16c34 95160 dump in Ford Fusion. Car dont crank. Immo light on dash goes off and without transponder. In ecu stored 0 keys. Dash and ecu dunps in attachment.

I have 2004 Ford focus cmax, Pats light is Solid and i cannot initialize PCM-DASH with IDS

I attach the EEPROM from dash and also ECU eeprom bdm read (ktag)

I have tried to write with MPPS and got EEPROM corrupted as I have been able to save the flash.
Is it possible to repair this file?
Car is a Ford Focus 1.6TDCI and cannot diagnose. Does not crank.
ECU is: 0 281 017 771
EEprom: 95320 (4kb file)
