Hello..
I have this BOSCH EDC16C31 ecu which bricked when I opened it.
So I was not able to read it with KTAG.

I bought an used ECU with same original numbers..

I cut a hole in the new ECU and read it with BDM KTAG.

Now...

How can I do with the immo from the old ECU to the new? As I can not read the old ECU with KTAG because it bricked?

I have read the 95640 chip on the old ECU with a normal eeprom reader, I wrote that file with KTAG only eeprom, but car doesnt start or crank or anything.

What should I do?

I have attached all the files, original full read and also the eeprom read with normal eeprom reader.

You probably broke the ECU it self when you opened it, that's why probably you can't read it.

Yes, the ECU bricked when it was opened, and thats why I can not read it.

But the new ECU I bought, I can read it because I drill holes to reach the BDM

These ECU has very higly risks of brick when you open them... when the BDM is on the other side of the PCB then the flash will deball when opening it... if you dont know any other way to do it properly without ruining it?
