I suspect you want security codes to do some adaptation, I think Avdi can do this job by OBD. I do not rule out that someone can obtain the security codes from your files.

You can make various adaptations by hand on files, in terms of the immobilizer system, but you must have knowledge. Online not is needed.
I am doing a lot adaptation of ECU/ELV Porsche (SDI6, SDI8, SDI7 ,SDI9 ,SDI10 ,EDC17,MED17) to this type BCM - on files only by hands, no problem.
